The Club's International Youth Exchange Student, Emma from Denmark's Birkerød Rotary Klub, held a dinner to raise funds for her upcoming Rotary organized trip to Hawaii. Emma made chicken Thai soup, a dish her mother makes. Also appetizers and dessert.
